# Renti Rewards

> Renti Rewards is a loyalty and benefits programme for New Zealand renters. Pay rent and bond by debit or credit card through the Renti app and earn Renti Rewards points on every payment. Points can be redeemed for gift cards from 45+ brands or as cashback with partners. Members also get partner offers and Rent Protection Cover, with $10,000 Contents Insurance coming soon.

Renti Rewards is run by Renti Rewards Limited, based in Auckland, New Zealand. The Renti app is available on iOS and Android.

## Key facts

- Earn 2 Renti Rewards points per $1 on rent and bond payments.
- Earn up to 4 points per $1 when spending with partner merchants using your linked card.
- Any Visa or Mastercard, debit or credit, can be used. If your card earns its own rewards (for example Airpoints or Hotpoints), you keep those too.
- A 2.49% processing fee applies to each rent or bond payment, on debit and credit cards. No other fees. Cancel anytime.
- Works with any New Zealand rental, whether or not the property manager or landlord uses Renti. They are paid as normal, with no change or cost to them.
- Points can be redeemed with no minimum and expire three years after they are earned.
- Redeem points for gift cards from 45+ brands in the app, or as cashback with partners.

## Insurance

- Rent Protection Cover: available now and included at no extra cost. Pays up to $2,500 towards rent if you are made redundant from qualifying employment. Underwritten by Chubb Insurance New Zealand Limited. A 30-day waiting period, eligibility criteria and exclusions apply.
- Contents Insurance: coming soon, not yet available. $10,000 of cover for personal belongings in your rental, to be included when you pay rent through Renti Rewards.
- All cover is subject to the policy terms, conditions and exclusions, including any excess and waiting period.
